For Mentors

Welcome to **UpCycleAtelier.com** (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, including but not limited to uploading content, participating in courses, and engaging with mentors. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

1. Definitions

– **”We,” “Us,” “Our”**: Refers to UpCycle Atelier.

– **”User,” “You,” “Your”**: Refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Website.

– **”Mentor”**: Refers to an individual providing upcycling courses or content via the Website.

– **”Content”**: Includes text, images, videos, designs, and any other material uploaded to the Website.

2. User Responsibilities & Intellectual Property

2.1 Content Ownership & Licensing

– Mentors warrant that any Content they upload is either:

– Their original work and they hold all necessary rights, or

– Properly licensed for use (including commercial use) on the Website.

– By uploading Content, Mentors grant UpCycle Atelier a **non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license** to display, distribute, and promote the Content in connection with the Website’s services.

2.2 Prohibited Content

Users **must not** upload Content that:

– Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.).

– Contains harmful, illegal, or defamatory material.

2.3 Liability for Infringement

– UpCycle Atelier **does not** verify the ownership or legality of uploaded Content.

– If a User uploads Content without proper rights, they **indemnify** UpCycle Atelier against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from such infringement.

3. Course Bookings & Revenue Share

– For course bookings, revenue is split **30% to UpCycle Atelier and 70% to the Mentor**.

– Payments are processed via a third-party service (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and Users agree to their respective terms.

– Mentors are responsible for their own tax obligations related to earnings.

4. GDPR & Data Protection

– We comply with the **General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)**. Personal data is handled as outlined in our [Privacy Policy](#).

– Users must not upload Content containing **personal data** of third parties without consent.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
